It probably couldn't have been a better morning if Beccat had wanted it to be. She snugged happily under her palm tree with her invaluable mug of coffee and watched cheerfully as the sun began it's routine march across the sky.
She sighed in muffled ecstasy and shut her eyes for a moment. It was then that she felt a weight manifest on her stomach. She opened one eye to see a strange bird perched upon her midsection. "Well hey there, Little Guy! What can I do for ya?" she asked the black bird. It tilted it's head and made a cooing sound. "What? I don't understand bird" It cooed again. "Nope. Not this time either" It tilted its head and hopped over to Beccat's coffee mug. "Heyheyhey! No mug for the birdi--HEY!" she shouted as the bird snagged the coffee mug in its talons and took to the sky. "No wait! Wait that's miiiiiine!" she shouted as she made a desperate leap for her beloved mug. Her attempts proved to be in vain as she sadly watched the bird fly off to nowhere. "Well. That's a morning wrecker" she muttered irritably to herself. Yeah the story sucks. I don't know why I do it, either. So I had TWO choice tonight: either finish my room, which is so messy it BOTHERS ME SO, or finish this! SO I pushed EVERYTHING into a pile and put a blanket on it! PROBLEM SOLVED!  ANYWAY! This is an art trade! For the monumentally awesome and talented *bec-sparrow! I had a go at her lovely character, Beccat, who likes coffee! who doesn't?. I fooled with the background and the fur a TON on this. I probably re-did the fluff 3 times, and now it's so overdone it looks like there's none at all  But the background was fun! I like the toucan and the faraway island best THINGS CS4, tablet ummmm actually there was a lot of Linkin Park this time *cough* aaaand maybe 10-15 hours? I'm slow. Beccat © *bec-sparrow |

Actually there are 13 small palm trees and ONE BIG ONE! So that's like x14 the amount of awesome! 8D
Beccat herself looks beautiful! I adore how soft and fluffy looking you've madce her fur! I can just imagine how soft it would feel if I could touch it! Teehee, her tail looks wonderfully poofy too! *pokes it* Just lovely
GRAH! That cursed Toucan... Just wait until I get my paws on the bugger DX Ooooooooooh how rude indeed!! He does however have a wonderfully coloured beak! You did an excellent job on that scoundrel
The background is amazing too! I dig the texture you've put into the waves and of course the 13 palm tree island out there looks so picturesque! The moon looks wonderful too! I'm reminded of Treasure Planet a little actually
